In order to receive the mp3s you’ll need to tell 5 friends who you know will most likely dig hearing about the band and live in these markets about the tour.
You can spread the word via email, Facebook, Myspace or any other social networking medium. Once you’ve informed 5 friends about the shows just email firstname.lastname@example.org with info on who you told (names and cities) and you’ll be emailed a download link for the mp3s.
